http://www.sc.org/LAbus Zero emission buses are on the forefront of innovation. They add countless jobs to our community, keep our clean our air and drive us toward a clean energy future. And because of SMART union Local 105, and Jobs to Move America, BYD will pay the people doing the work a living wage, offer more training and prioritize recruiting people from underserved and underrepresented populations.

Los Angeles METRO may make the switch from dirty gas buses, to clean zero emission buses. This will create good jobs for our community while cleaning up dangerous air pollution that makes our families sick and harms our climate. Watch how clean, electric buses are creating opportunities for people in Southern California and creating a healthier environment. Share this video if you think #LADeservesZero.

Founded by legendary conservationist John Muir in 1892, the Sierra Club is now the nation's largest and most influential grassroots environmental organization -- with more than two million members and supporters. Our successes range from protecting millions of acres of wilderness to helping pass the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act. More recently, we've made history by leading the charge to address climate disruption by moving away from the dirty fossil fuels and toward a clean energy economy.
